Naomi Mabvurira

Founder and CEO | Chartered Building Professional™

Naomi is a Chartered Building Professional™ with extensive experience across project delivery, contract management, handover, and post-completion care in the construction industry.

Her work spans the full project lifecycle – from early planning and delivery support through to handover, defects management, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) close-out. Naomi is particularly experienced in managing the transition from construction to occupation, where delivery decisions, defect outcomes, and long-term asset performance are most closely linked.

At New Wave Synergy, Naomi leads End-to-End Delivery and DLP Management, bringing a practical, delivery-led approach to handover and post-completion. Her focus is on reducing risk at the finish line, improving accountability, and ensuring projects are properly closed out – not just practically complete on paper.

Alongside her delivery expertise, Naomi drives the use of digital tools and data to improve visibility, coordination, and decision-making across delivery and post-completion phases.

She is also committed to supporting greater participation of women and under-represented groups in construction, and to building practical pathways for people to succeed in the industry.

Greg Parker

Chief Technology Officer and Digital Project Director

Greg Parker is the Chief Technology Officer and Digital Project Director at New Wave Synergy, responsible for leading the practical use of digital systems across project delivery, handover, and post-completion.

With a background in full-stack development, UX/UI design, automation, and digital content systems, Greg focuses on applying technology where it adds real value – improving workflow efficiency, data clarity, and user experience.

At New Wave Synergy, Greg leads the implementation of digital tools that support defect tracking, handover documentation, reporting, and lifecycle visibility. His work ensures that delivery teams, consultants, and clients have clear, reliable information at every stage of a project.

Greg’s role bridges the gap between construction and technology, helping teams move away from fragmented processes and towards structured, easy-to-use digital systems that support better delivery and post-completion outcomes.

Greg brings over a decade of hands-on digital delivery experience across web platforms, interactive systems, and end-to-end project execution—covering discovery, UX, engineering, QA, and release management.

He has led cross-functional teams and complex builds in senior delivery roles, and also runs EVAVO, a digital studio focused on building production-grade digital products and systems. This experience helps ensure New Wave Synergy’s digital tools are not only well-designed, but reliable in real project environments.

Greg holds formal project management training and applies practical governance to digital rollouts—prioritising clear scope, adoption, security-by-design, and reporting that supports decision-making at the ‘finish line’ of delivery and post-completion.
