In the commercial sector, we faced the challenge of the Food Stuffs North Island (FSNI) Head Office project, a cutting-edge 6-star Green Building in Auckland, New Zealand.
The task involved ensuring compliance with Green Star standards by meticulously monitoring documentation using specific templates, measurement systems, and platforms across various elements.
The approach required engaging an external Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) expert and conducting training workshops to align terminology and project deliverables with the team.
Additionally, keeping up with constant feedback and changes required from the GSAP’s innovative information was a key challenge.
To address these challenges, we facilitated regular catch-ups and knowledge-sharing workshops to ensure everyone understood and complied with requirements. Through collaborative efforts and effective communication, we successfully delivered a 6-star rated Green Building, meeting our objectives.
