Ashmore Estate is a residential development in Erskineville, Sydney. The scope of work primarily involved civil tasks such as ground preparation, asbestos removal, and site clearance, vital for ensuring safety, structural stability, and load-bearing capacity.

The Project’s Contract Administration requirements involved monthly progress claim assessments for certification. The approach to delivery entailed:
